3. Apply online through the “Asset Transfer to Rural Women” app or at livestock.punjab.gov.pk.
4. Receive a confirmation SMS after successful submission.
5. Collect your cow or buffalo from the assigned veterinary center.

Note: Registration started on November 1, 2024, and continues in 2025. Apply quickly, as only 11,000 animals are available.
